- Maximum one extra bed per room.
- The above rates include the mandatory Gala Dinner on April
30, May 1, December 24, and December 31.
► CHILD POLICY
- Children under 6 years old stay free of charge and enjoy
complimentary breakfast when sharing the existing bed with their
parents (maximum 1 child per room. A second child will be charged
for breakfast according to the hotel's policy).
- Children from 6 to under 12 years old sharing the existing bed
with their parents are subject to an additional surcharge. (Please
refer to the Optional Services section for details.)
► CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time
is before 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in from 7:00 AM to before 2:00 PM:
50% of the room rate per night will be charged.
- Early check-in before 7:00 AM: 100% of the room
rate per night will be charged.
- Late check-out from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of
the room rate per night will be charged.
- Late check-out after 6:00 PM: 100% of the room
rate per night will be charged.

- The cancellation notice period is calculated based on business
days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to TGROUP or via
email and must be confirmed by TGROUP. Cancellation requests made by
telephone will not be accepted.
- This cancellation policy does not apply to group bookings of
5 rooms or more. Please contact TGROUP directly for
further information.
