Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company (TTC Hospitality) is seeking an Investor Relations Specialist with the following details:

Position: Investor Relations (IR) Specialist

Department: Finance – Planning Department

Work Location: 512 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 7, Tan Binh District, HCMC

Job Description:
•    Build and strengthen relationships with state regulatory bodies, including the State Securities Commission (SSC), Stock Exchanges, and the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
•    Update and execute periodic and extraordinary bilingual information disclosures in compliance with legal regulations.
•    Design and prepare corporate profiles, materials, and presentations tailored for shareholders, investors, and analysts.
•    Organize seminars and conferences with current and potential investors; schedule periodic meetings with analysts from securities firms and investment funds.
•    Support the provision and management of information resources for analysts and relevant partners.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
•    Deep understanding of the stock market, legal regulations regarding listed companies, and financial disclosure processes.
•    Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•    2-3 years of working experience in a related field.
